About
For many years, Gautier Capuçon has been committed to supporting young instrumentalists as they make the transition to professional musicianship. The COVID pandemic prompted him to structure his activities by creating the Fondation Gautier Capuçon, a permanent body with a dedicated operational budget. His friends Frank Braley and Alain Altinoglu joined him in this venture as they are all too aware of how difficult it is to carve out a musical career. This evening, they are showcasing their young protégés in chamber music works, in which one of the mentors will perform alongside them. This is a high-quality exercise in passing the baton, and an evening celebrating their close rapport
